Project C Studios’ Student Dance Companies are highly advanced, select groups of pre-professional dancers ages 11-18. Each group is focused specifically within particular areas of the dance field, allowing dancers the opportunity to choose a particular track, or both, to hone their abilities and experience - Catalyst Dance Company organized as a Concert Dance group with a community-based performance focus, and Reaction Dance Company organized as a Competition Dance group with a commercially-based performance focus. Each group works throughout the season, both independently, as well as together, to present their work, share in educational opportunities, and build their communities. Our goal is to create a group of young dancers who find strength and support in each other, achieve artistic and technical limitlessness, encourage the promotion of dance as an art, and use their talents and abilities to productively contribute to the world around them.
